How do you charge for sourcing services?
Our fee is based on your order amount — sourcing fee from 5% to 10%. It includes sourcing products, inspecting samples, 30 days of free warehousing and arranging the shipment.

What are the payment terms?
Order amount under $5,000: full payment before production.
Order amount over $5,000: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping.
Payment covers the product amount, sourcing commission and shipping fee.

How do you ensure product quality?
Before sourcing we verify the manufacturers to make sure they're reliable. After production we run random inspections to check quality. We normally pay factories a 30% T/T deposit — if the output isn't qualified we return it, and only pay the balance once the goods pass.

What guarantees do you offer?
Depending on the product, factories offer between half a year and a one-year guarantee.
